PHP2Rust ("we") operates php2rust.io from the United States. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, the language of the page you used, and the time we received it. We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss the services you asked about.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, including screening the contact form for spam.
When JavaScript is enabled in your browser, the site loads Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser details. Everything on this site works with JavaScript turned off, and Google Analytics does not run then.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Service providers process it on our behalf: Google Cloud hosts the site, stores inquiries, and notifies us of new ones, and Google Analytics measures site usage. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact inquiries are deleted automatically two years after we receive them. Server logs, including the notices of new inquiries we receive, are kept for about 30 days. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Where it is stored
Information is stored on Google Cloud servers in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and only we can access stored inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above.
